Tips To Get Ready For Your Adventure
Accommodation Details: The tour price covers a standard, comfortable desert camp stay. If you prefer a more luxurious camp (with private showers and toilets), please tell us when booking, as this will slightly change the tour price.
Luggage and Space: Since this is a private tour, you have space for your bags. However, it is best to travel light with one main suitcase and one small daypack per person for comfort.
Lunch Stops: Lunches are not included in the tour price. Your driver will stop at clean, local restaurants along the route where you can easily find good food that fits your budget.
Money and Payments: Many places, especially smaller villages and markets, only accept Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). It is a good idea to bring some cash for tips, snacks, and small purchases, as credit cards are not widely used outside of the main cities.
Camel Ride Alternative: The traditional camel ride to the camp is a highlight for many, but it isn’t the only way to go. If you are not interested in riding a camel, or if you simply prefer a quicker trip, we can take you to the camp entrance by a 4×4 vehicle instead. Please let us know your preference when you book.
- Travel Comfort: This tour is not recommended for people who experience severe motion sickness on car journeys.
